I am located at 2810 8th Street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401
My hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday hours are flexible. I am set up to do TeleHealth so I can see clients in different locations in Alabama.

I am here to help guide you during your journey of healing, self exploration, improvements and learning new skills by applying tools you learn in therapy.
My specialty is in helping individuals and couples, in relationship conflict, marriage counseling, communication and connections, sexuality issues, parenting, and in addictive behaviors. It is very rewarding for me to help clients achieve an understanding of the reasoning behind their behavior and help them to change the behavior.
